AMTDA will begin our Fall Regional Meeting Schedule beginning in Chicago and Detroit on October 26th and 27th and then late November and early December on the east coast, Houston and Southern, CA.

In addition to an AMTDA business update and a presentation of the latest economic forecasting models for manufacturing in 2012, the centerpiece of the Regional Meetings will be a presentation and workshop by Mike Kerrison of Endurance America on how to create a Breakaway Performance model for your business and your team. Mike is a former IBMer, high tech industry entrepreneur and consultant who has successfully helped other AMTDA member companies re-focus and grow their businesses.

The traditional approaches to management, building and strengthening your operational and sales teams are no longer sufficient to run the modern organization. Emerging Technologies, the speed of change, and the effects on corporate culture are transforming industries, products, customer relations, opportunity, and your go-to-market strategic thinking.
