U.S. Manufacturing Technology Consumption (USMTC) Program
 This program is the best source for machine tool consumption in the United States. Distributors define the geographic area included in their reports and receive data on all the machine tool orders within that area. Builders receive monthly order reports by State for over 175 machine tool categories representing the cutting, forming and associated industries. Only participants receive full data reports. This program is jointly sponsored by AMTDA and AMT–The Association for Manufacturing Technology.

Financial Research Distributors’ Annual Cost Summary (DACS)
Only available to distributor members This summary, an annual compilation and analysis of machine tool distributors' income and expenses, analyzes balance sheets and operating statements. It has been designed to assist and improve earnings, boost profits and increase future financial profitability by providing key industry financial ratios. Industry Best Practices AMTDA Service Technicians and Applications Engineers Practices Survey The 49-page survey report provides specific and detailed information about widespread industry practices including but not limited to: compensation, technical training policies and customer service labor rates. Relative to compensation, the survey report details hourly labor rates, by percentage, illustrating where the predominant rates fall, based on weekdays, weekends and holidays.
